Ms Ya-ting Chen is a Customs Administration student at Shanghai Customs College in the specialised direction of international affairs and she is a Membership Affairs and Communications Officer at the INCU. She has competed in national and municipal competitions representing the school and succeeded in gaining remarkable awards. Excelling in academic performance and cross-discipline application, she’s leading a team for a bilingual innovation project targeting customs and trade facilitation. In the hope of increasing connectivity and conveying the message of INCU, she puts her efforts in utilising professional skills, an innovative mindset and a global vision for the work.
