World Customs Journal Vol.13 No.1 – Now Publicly Available Online!

The latest issue of the World Customs Journal (Vol.13 No.1 – March 2019) is now available online for public access. (INCU members have been able to access this edition in the members-only area of our website since its release in March 2019).

This issue of the World Customs Journal contains papers covering  several research topics such as excise tax reforms across ASEAN, the influence of European export controls on technology transfers and the corresponding strategies to tackle it, impact of rules of origin on market access in Japan under Generalized System of Preferences (GSP), AEO in Brazil and and Single Window in the context of WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.

This issue of the journal also contains a special report by Gareth Lewis on utilising technology to soften hard borders in Ireland in the context of Brexit.
