New Issue of the World Customs Journal (Vol.13 No.2 – September 2019) Published

The latest issue of the World Customs Journal (Vol.13 No.2 – September 2019) has been published. INCU members can now access and download it in the members-only area of our website.

This issue of the World Customs Journal contains papers that address two broad topics: tax policy for cross-border e-commerce and data analysis. This issue includes a collection of papers on data analytics that were prepared as a result of recent WCO workshops that examined ways in which customs could take greater advantage of huge amount of data that is available to them, including the application of data mining, mirror analysis and data analysis in risk management. This issue also includes a special report on the WCO PICARD Conference 2020 and publication of the 2020 Special Edition of the WCJ.
