The INCU is pleased to inform you that the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan was successful in the bid to host the 10th Annual WCO PICARD Conference. In that regard, on the last day of the 2014 PICARD Conference in Mexico it was announced that the 2015 WCO PICARD Conference will be held in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan and hosted by Azerbaijan Customs.
In inviting the delegates to the next PICARD Conference, Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Professor Aydin Aliyev, made a speech and presented a short video about the achievements of Azerbaijan Customs and the recent developments in Azerbaijan.
