In 2015, the WCO accredited two academic programs under the PICARD Professional Standards as meeting the PICARD requirements for the Customs Profession:
- Bachelor of Border Management offered by the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES), Charles Sturt University, Australia; and
- Bachelor program offered by the Foreign Trade and Customs Training School, Association of Customs Brokers of Uruguay.
The WCO Recognition Certificates were presented to the institutions at the PICARD Conference 2015 in Baku.
