On 12 April 2016, the WCO accredited a new program “Specialist in Customs Affairs” (Masters-level) offered by an INCU affiliate, North-Western Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (St Petersburg, Russia) as meeting the requirements of the WCO PICARD Standards.
The Certificate of Recognition was presented by the WCO Secretary-General Dr Kunio Mikuriya and received by the Rector of North-Western Institute, Dr Vladimir Shamakhov and Senior Lecturer, Dr Boris Kabylinskiy.
