Dr. Boris Kabylinskiy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Finance at the North-Western Institute of Management of the Russian Federation Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration visited INCU Secretariat and Centre for Customs and Excise Studies, Charles Sturt University during the first week of December 2015.
During the visit he has closely worked with INCU Head of Secretariat Dr. Mikhail Kashubsky and other staff members to explore possible partnership and collaboration opportunities regarding customs and trade policy related activities between INCU and North-Western Institute of Management.
The initial areas of cooperation between INCU and North-Western Institute of Management have been identified as follows:
- Exchange of information and publications for the use in study and teaching materials.
- Organisation of webinars and Skype presentations for students.
- Collaboration on research activities and publication opportunities.
- Assistance with exploring student exchange opportunities with other INCU member universities.
- Participation of students in the INCU Internship Program in the Baku Regional Office and other study tours and INCU events.
- Participation in the INCU Working Group on the implementation of INCU Baku Resolution.
- Collaboration on developing an INCU electronic library.
- Assistance with preparation of the North-Western Institute’s student journal.
- Student internships on the INCU Secretariat
