The WCO Capacity Building Directorate is currently developing the PICARD 2020 Strategy. A draft PICARD 2020 strategic document was discussed at the 2012 PICARD Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco.
You can now view or download the WCO’s Draft PICARD 2020 Strategic Document, which outlines the PICARD Programme and its possible future directions, in English and French.
