The WCO Capacity Building Directorate is currently developing the PICARD 2020 Strategy. As representatives of customs academic community, the INCU and its affiliates were asked to provide views and ideas as to what the future of the WCO PICARD Programme should be.
After consulting its affiliates, the INCU prepared a Submission to WCO on PICARD 2020 Strategy, which was submitted to WCO in April 2012.
