The latest issue of the World Customs Journal (Vol.11 No.2 – September 2017) has been published and is now available to INCU members in the members-only area of the website.
This edition of the World Customs Journal contains papers that address a variety of topics including trade facilitation and customs revenue collection, customs intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement and some dilemmas and solutions about establishing of an international legal framework for cross-border electronic commerce rules. This WCJ edition also includes a special report titled “Trump just might be giving us the opportunity to make NAFTA even stronger” by Dr Alan Bersin, former Assistant Secretary of International Affairs and Chief Diplomatic Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
