New INCU Secretariat Member Welcome

We would like to welcome Mr Roman Hsch to the INCU Secretariat.

Roman studied law at the University of Muenster, Germany and the Universidad del Rosario in Bogot? Colombia. He works as a student research assistant at the Institute of Tax Law, Department of Customs and Excise at the University of Muenster. Roman also works for the AWA Foreign Trade Academy and AWB Legal Consultancy, based in Muenster. From 2001 to 2012, Roman was a police officer at the Police Departments of Duesseldorf and Dortmund, Germany. In 2010 he started his academic career at the University of Muenster and is about to graduate with a law degree.

Roman has focused his academic studies so far on constitutional law and administrative law. Since 2011, his studies are supported by a scholarship from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Roman role in the Secretariat will be Website Administrator and Research Assistant. He will be mainly doing the work that Philipp Busche was doing. Philipp is still with the Secretariat, but this year he will be focusing on finishing his PhD. We wish Philipp all the best with his studies and we look forward to his return.
