On 30 September 2009, at the 2009 PICARD Conference, INCU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with WCO to promote cooperation in the development of world-class customs training, education, capacity building and research.
The MOU was signed by Prof David Widdowson, INCU President, on behalf of INCU and by Mr Lars Karlsson, Director of WCO Capacity Building Directorate.
