The INCU Secretariat would like to congratulate INCU Research Officer, Mr Atem Garang (who is also the President of South Sudanese Australian Community Association ACT Inc.) on receiving a Community Leader Award on 10 September 2016 for his exceptional leadership in community affairs and causes in relation to African communities or the Australian Capital Territory communities generally.
