At the WCO PICARD Conference 2016, INCU President, Prof. David Widdowson met with Chairman of State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and INCU Honorary Fellow, Prof. Aydin Aliyev to discuss future activities of INCU and its Baku Regional Office particularly the next INCU International Student Conference to be held in Azerbaijan in 2017 and organised with the help of Azerbaijan Customs, building on the success of the INCU International Student Conference held earlier this year in Gabala, Azerbaijan.
