On 9 December 2022, INCU President, Professor David Widdowson delivered a speech at the WCO PICARD Conference 2022 that wsa held in Brussels, Belgium in which he outlined some of the key PICARD programme milestones and pointed out several interesting developments in Customs education and key trends in Customs academic programs.
