INCU Member from the Philippines, Mr Ferdinand Nague, has published new book titled Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, which was launched on 28 June 2016 at the Manila Hotel, Manila, Philippines. This book provides an in-depth discussion of the Tariff and Customs Code (TCCP), discusses the pertinent provisions of the Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC) and also focuses on international standards and best practices in modern Customs management and operations all over the world. It also discusses the Philippines’ commitments and obligations under the World Trade Organization (WTO), World Customs Organization (WCO) and some other regional trade agreements.
