The INCU welcomes Professor Jianguo Xiao to the INCU Management Committee.
Professor Jianguo Xiao is President of Shanghai Customs College (SCC), which is the sole institution of higher learning focusing on Customs studies in China and one of the WCO leading Regional Training Centers (RTCs). Before serving in SCC, Professor Xiao mainly worked as law professor and researcher in East China University of Political Science and Law.
Currently, Professor Xiao chairs Academic Committee in SCC and is the editor-in-chief of Shanghai Customs Journal. He also serves as key member of a couple of academic associations in law and enforcement in Shanghai. His main research areas cover criminology, juvenile delinquency, Customs modernization and development, Customs study as discipline, Customs education and training development.
