During the three days of the PICARD conference 2015 in September in Baku, the INCU held a joint meeting of the INCU Management Committee and Advisory Board, as well as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of INCU members, where the implementation of the INCU Baku Resolution and other future initiatives were discussed, as well as several bilateral meetings. The INCU AGM was attended by several observers including representatives of the WCO and the International Road Transport Union (IRU). Minutes of the AGM will be available to members in the members-only area of the website at the end of February.
