During the PICARD Conference 2016 in Manila, INCU Institutional Member, the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES) at Charles Sturt University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Libyan Customs Administration on cooperation in academic matters and capacity-building through customs education.
The MOU was signed on Day 2 of the PICARD Conference by Brig. Mustfa Al-Turgman, Director General of Libyan Customs Administration and Prof. David Widdowson, Head of School of CCES, Charles Sturt University.
