After the conclusion of the WCO PICARD Conference, the INCU held its Annual General Meeting at the Manila Hotel, which was co-chaired by INCU President, Prof. David Widdowson and INCU Management Committee Member, Dr Andrew Grainger. The meeting was attended by several INCU members and observers from the WCO and Turkish Customs. Minutes of the meeting will soon be available to INCU members.
