While visiting the Philippines, Head of INCU Secretariat, Dr Mikhail Kashubsky delivered a presentation on the role and activities of INCU in education and research in the field of customs and international trade at the 3rd National Conference of the Philippine Association of Customs Brokers in Education Inc (PACBE) on 30 September 2016 in Alabang, Philippines.
Several INCU members and affiliated institutions from the Philippines are actively involved in the PACBE including the President of PACBE, Mr Norberto Castillo and Dr Kashubsky was delighted to accept their invitation and speak at this event.
