On 3 June 2016, INCU Head of Secretariat, Dr Mikhail Kashubsky launched his book titled Offshore Oil and Gas Installations: An International Perspective at the 23rd International Caspian Oil & Gas Conference in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Dr Kashubsky presented alongside the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, Vice-President of Ecology of State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Vice-President for Safety and Operational Risk of BP, and Vice-President for Environment, Societal, Safety and Health of TOTAL.
During his speech, Dr Kashubsky expressed his gratitude to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the conference organisers ITECA Caspian, for their help in arranging the book launch at such a high-level conference.
