On behalf of INCU, we would like to congratulate INCU President and Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies at Charles Sturt University, Professor David Widdowson, who on 26 January 2019 received an Australia Day Honour and was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his ‘significant service to higher education in the field of international trade and customs’.
The award was announced on 26 January 2019 by the Governor General of Australia, Sir Peter Cosgrove. 26 January is not only Australia’s National Day, but also International Customs Day.
