Center for Information Convergence and Strategy (CICS) at San Diego State University, an INCU affiliate, in collaboration with Sentir Global Inc. cordially invites INCU members and affiliates to their inaugural strategic conference, Left of Boom, held in San Diego, California, USA from 6 to 7 May 2015.
The conference focuses on proactive approaches to mitigate emerging threats and challenges in governmental and non-governmental organizations, academia, non-profit and private sector entities. The ‘Left of Boom’ Conference will bring together key military, government, academic and civilian experts to discuss trending issues, offer innovative solutions, and share cutting edge technologies in order to detect, deter and defend against obvious and non-obvious threats.
