On 25 January 2024, the University of Customs and Finance (UCF), an INCU Institutional Member, is organising a scientific seminar with international participation under the title “Implementation of the Law Enforcement Function Customs Administrations: Current Status and Prospects”.
The seminar will be held in Ukrainian and English. Scientists, higher education students, representatives of state and local authorities, private companies, institutions and organizations – international partners of the University of Customs and Finance are invited to participate in the seminar.
The thematic areas of the seminar will include the following:
- Law enforcement activities of the customs authorities of Ukraine: history, current status and prospects.
- Institutional capacities of customs administrations to carry out operational and investigative activities.
- Legal liability for smuggling and violation of customs regulations.
