Welcome to the new home of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU).

We are delighted to relaunch our online presence and thank our members, partners, and supporters for their continued patience and engagement. The INCU has recently relocated to its new premises in the Canberra City precinct and established a refreshed Secretariat team to lead the next chapter of our work.

With this relaunch, the INCU reaffirms its commitment to advancing its core objectives:

  • Promoting the academic standing of the Customs profession

  • Supporting academic excellence and research in Customs and international trade

  • Generating broader public awareness of the importance of the Customs profession

  • Promoting the collective interests of our Members

  • Providing the World Customs Organization (WCO) and other stakeholders with a coordinated point of contact for universities and research institutions active in Customs education and research

  • Organising academic conferences, symposia, and networking activities

  • Offering a global resource for governments, the private sector, and students seeking to deepen their knowledge of Customs, international trade, and logistics

The website will feature regular updates on regional and global developments in Customs and Border Management. In the coming months, INCU will host a series of webinars leading up to the INCU Global Conference and Summer School, to be held at the Shanghai Customs College in Shanghai, China, from 10–21 August 2026. Further details will be announced shortly.
