Hans-Michael Wolffgang
Biographical Info Dr. Hans-Michael Wolffgang is a professor of law and director of the Institute of Customs and International Trade Law at the University of Muenster that offers the Münster Masters studies in Customs, Taxation and International Trade Law (MCA). He is member of the PICARD Advisory Group to the World Customs Organization (WCO), co-founder and vice president of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU), chairman of the advisory board of the European Forun for External Trade, Customs and Excise (EFA) and member of the International Customs Law Academy (ICLA). He is member of the editorial board of the World Customs Journal and has written extensively on international trade law, customs law and export control law. In addition to his academic activities Dr. Wolffgang is co-founder of the AWB Tax Consultancy and AWB Law Firm, specialized in customs law, value added tax law and law of export controls, with branches in Hamburg and Munich.
