Biographical Info Afghanistan Customs Department(ACD) is tasked to provide security to our people through implementation of robust border control policies, whilst at the same time facilitating legitimate trade through our borders. Their economic role is to implement the Government’s trade policies which will enrich the economic wellbeing of Afghanistan and reduce their dependence upon assistance from the international community.
