Biographical Info Lawyer from Universidad Católica San Pablo- Peru, specialized in Customs Law and Foreign Trade. Recognized by the Instituto de Administración Tributaria y Aduanera (today IAT) as a specialist in Customs. Graduated from the Master's Degree in Tax Law at the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego and is currently an Excellence Challenge scholar at Macquarie University Sydney Australia, in the Master's Program on International Trade, Commercial Law and Public Policy. She has participated in international university events such as the Model United Nations Simulation organized by Harvard University and the International Arbitration Competition organized by the University of Buenos Aires. As well as speaker at - XVII PICARD 2017 Conference by the World Customs Organization with the research work on Data Analysis as a way to combat illicit trafficking of goods in the Peru-Ecuador Border; - I Smart Customs Conference (2021), organized by Tunisia Customs with the topic of Research on The use of Blockchain in Customs. - In the XIII International Week of Technology, Science and Culture CECEP 2021 (2021) with the topic: Importance of digitalization in Peru as a tool for the facilitation of foreign trade during the Covid-19 pandemic. His professional experience stands out for having performed operational work as in the exercise of the legal defense of the State in Customs processes; in the borders of Peru with Ecuador, Bolivia and Chile. He has done research work and promoted improvement projects in Land Border Customs on issues related to: Coordinated Border Action, Integrated Land Controls, Data Analysis, Digital Customs, Blockchain in Customs, among others.
