Biographical Info The University of Le Havre is a French university in the Academy of Rouen, co-founder in 2015 of ComUE Normandy University. Founded in 1984, Le Havre Normandie University now has close to 8,000 students. University of proximity, it is attentive to the reception and to the human and professional promotion of each of its students. Le Havre Normandie University is composed of three training and research units - Science and Technology, International Affairs, Humanities and Social Sciences -, a University Institute of Technology, a School of Engineering, the Higher Institute logistics studies, and services.
