Biographical Info The Institute of International Business and Law (IMBIP) was established in 2003 on the basis of the North-West Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. From 2007 to 2018, IMBIP was part of the ITMO University structure. Now the Institute exercises powers of the Project Office of the Caduceus Center for International Cooperation Foundation as a Department. From 2008 to 2018, the Institute was the main organization of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Patent Office of Russia (Rospatent) and currently conducts project activities in the field of innovation and intellectual property as the basic Center for supporting technologies and innovations of Rospatent.
